Free Delivery

All deliveries to the mainland UK are free. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands will incur a fee. If you are outside of the mainland UK and would like to place an order please contact us at support@drinkscabinetstore.co.uk 

 

Order Confirmation 
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent. This means that The Drinks Cabinet Store has received the order in the system. Once the order is received, we immediately place an order with the supplier. Once the product(s) order is ready for delivery, the item(s) will then be shipped.

 

Shipping Timeline and Method
Orders are shipped within the lead time posted on the product page. This is located at the top of the product page right below the "Add To Cart" button. All shipments are made by trusted delivery services.

For items that are available to pre-order customers should contact us first prior to making an order, the usual leading time for out of stock items is 4-12 weeks.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure they are able to handle the product once it reaches it’s destination. If for whatever reason a customer is unable to accept the delivery, it will result in the customer being charged for return shipping (this still applies even though your delivery is free to begin with). Deliveries are 'door to door' only and we cannot accept liability for any damages that may happen inside a customers home.

Delivery timelines provided are only estimates and we cannot guarantee items will be delivered within a given timeframe. If an order is cancelled for this reason and the item has been shipped, customers may be liable to pay for return shipping.

If you will not be home at time of delivery, please contact support@drinkscabinetstore.co.uk and we will try to reschedule the delivery.

 

Order Shipment
In most cases an email with tracking information will be sent to the customer within 24 hours of the order being shipped. If you have not received tracking information within 3 days after proposed arrival time please contact us at support@drinkscabinetstore.co.uk. Once an order has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted. Please see cancellations in returns and refunds for more info.

Once an order shows as “Delivered” to the shipping address, as a result of the tracking information provided through the delivery company, The Drinks Cabinet Store is not responsible for any “non-receivable” situation. No replacement or refund will be given on “Delivered” orders. 

 In the event of non-delivery, we must be contacted within 3 working days to advise us that an item has not arrived.

Receipt of Products & Damages
Upon receipt of the goods, it is important that you thoroughly inspect the merchandise for any damages that may have occurred during transport. Contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged. A claim will be filed with the delivery company who will pick up and return the package, the product must remain in its original box with original packaging. Once the damaged product is picked up, we will work with our suppliers to have a replacement delivered to you as soon as possible. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

 

Non Mainland UK & International Shipping

The Drinks Cabinet Store does offer shipping to other countries & parts of the UK not considered to be 'mainland UK'. Customers should first contact us to determine a price for delivery to their location, a shipping rate will be added to our checkout process for this product. We reserve the right to cancel any orders where the shipping cost is used for any other product than that which was agreed.
