At the Drinks Cabinet Store, we know that things happen, that's why we're happy to offer our customers our 14-day no hassle returns policy. We're not big fans of restocking fees, and we don't think our customers would be either. If a customer needs to return an item for ANY reason (see rest of policy for exclusions*), they're able to do so within 14-days with zero restocking fee, just pay for return shipping. It's as simple as that.

An email will be sent once your returns are received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (we have to check to make sure the item is in good working order and there are no signs of product damage).  Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment, within 5-28 working days, depending on your payment method and/or your bank's policy.

Products eligible for return/exchange must be new, undamaged, and must contain all original product packaging and accessories. Please contact us for return instructions. 

Any flat packed items being returned must be dismantled and repackaged in their original packaging.

Collections of products being returned can take anywhere from 3-14 working days from the date of when the return was accepted, this is due to returns being handled by third party companies. Collections of returns are made any day from 8AM to 8PM.

Receipt of Products & Damages
Upon receipt of the goods, it is important that you thoroughly inspect the merchandise for any damages that may have occurred during transport. Contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged. No replacements or refunds will be given where there has been a failure to report items damaged during delivery within 48 hours of receipt of the product. If submitted within a suitable timeframe, a claim will be filed with the delivery company who will pick up and return the package, the product must remain in its original box with original packaging. Once the damaged product is picked up, we will work with our suppliers to have a replacement delivered to you as soon as possible.

Manufacturing Defects

If a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair or replace it for you contingent upon the manufacturers policy. If repair or replacement is 
not available, you will receive a full refund. Faults must be reported within 48 hours of the item being delivered. We cannot accept the responsibility of any issues after this time.



Orders can usually be cancelled without penalty if they haven't already been shipped. Orders can be shipped within 48 hours. If you'd like to cancel an order please do so within the first 24 hours to avoid return shipping fees. Orders cancelled after an item has shipped will be treated as a regular 14-day return item and return shipping fees may apply.
